Abstract

This paper examines the influence of ethical leadership on employee attitudes and behaviors. Ethical leadership is a critical component of organizational success, and it is essential for leaders to understand how their behavior impacts their employees. This paper presents a comprehensive literature review on the concept of ethical leadership, employee attitudes, and behaviors. It also discusses the relationship between ethical leadership and employee trust, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior. The paper concludes with recommendations for ethical leadership practices that can improve employee attitudes and behaviors.
