Main Article Content
Abstract
Cross-functional teams (CFTs) have become increasingly common in organizations due to the benefits they offer in terms of improved decision-making, collaboration, and innovation. However, managing CFTs can be challenging, as team members come from different functional areas and have diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. This paper explores the challenges faced by managers in managing CFTs and identifies strategies for effective management of CFTs. Drawing on existing literature and case studies, we provide insights into the key challenges faced by managers and offer practical recommendations for improving team effectiveness and performance.
