Abstract

Organizational justice is an important factor that affects employee attitudes and behaviors in the workplace. This paper provides an overview of the role of organizational justice in employee attitudes and behaviors, with a focus on its impact on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, trust in management, and job performance. The study is based on a literature review of organizational justice, and it aims to synthesize and present the current state of knowledge on the topic. The paper identifies several dimensions of organizational justice, including distributive, procedural, and interactional justice, and it explores their impact on employee attitudes and behaviors. The paper also discusses the challenges of implementing organizational justice and offers suggestions for improving its effectiveness.
