Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between emotional intelligence and stress and burnout management. In today's fast-paced and demanding work environment, stress and burnout have become common problems among employees, which can lead to decreased productivity and increased turnover rates. Emotional intelligence has been shown to be a key factor in effectively managing stress and burnout. This paper will review the literature on emotional intelligence, stress, and burnout, and provide insights on how organizations can foster emotional intelligence to manage stress and burnout among their employees.
