Abstract

Conflict is an inevitable part of any workplace, but when managed effectively, it can lead to improved communication, enhanced creativity, and greater collaboration. This paper explores the strategies for effective resolution of workplace conflict, examining the underlying causes of conflict and the approaches that can be used to address and resolve it.
